Whats the idea behind the plan?

 

Fundamentally, the idea behind the plan is to reconnect you with your body and to manage your energy more efficiently when running.

 

We are going to strip it right back. Forget running for time, distance, speed and so on. Now is the time to run for mindfulness, breath, feel, adventure and most importantly, you. 

 

Why?

 

We can often get bogged down in the competitive side of running (I’ve been there) because that’s what society tells us we should focus on. But in doing so, we lose sight of some of the core benefits of running.

 

Connection. Breath. Movement. Exploration

 

This plan is designed to reconnect you with those four things. 

 

I’ll provide you with just the right amount of structure whilst empowering you to have the freedom to make your own decisions. You decide when and how you train. This plan is about running when feels right and not pushing yourself to achieve the unachievable.  

 

How will it work?

 

1 task delivered daily for 30 days. 

 

There will be something to do everyday, although this will not always be a physical task. Some days will be dedicated for self reflection. Some days focused on movement in other ways. And of course, some days will be spent running.

 

  • Daily videos and written instructions delivered to your inbox

  • Midway questionnaire to check in and see how things are going for you

  • 30 minute 1-2-1 consultation call at the end of the 30 days

Is there a cost?

 

There will be a small cost (approx £1.60 a day - that’s less than a cup of coffee) totalling to £50.

 

But with anything I do, there will be a customer satisfaction guarantee - if you’re not satisfied with what the plans includes, you will be refunded at the end of the 30 days.
