I help my clients reach their goals, condition their bodies, and improve their mental outlook.

 

By teaching people how to be more in tune with their bodies, I leave my clients  feeling more confident, more focused, and more empowered than ever before.

For the last few years I have been working closely with Campaign Against Living Miserably - a male suicide prevention charity.

I have been supporting their charity runners in preparing and staying injury free for their upcoming challenges.

I also deliver running workshops and 1-2-1 run coaching for them.

Emma came to see me after struggling with persistent injury and being able to stay consistent with exercise and diet.

Working as a teacher, she has a hectic schedule so was struggling to know what to do and how to do it.

We came up with a plan together to address her injuries and get her moving.  From there we worked on her strength, diet and getting her into a solid routine

From not being able to run 5km without pain to completing a half marathon pain free.

Working with Ollie was the best thing for me. We changed my diet, my routine, my outlook and most importantly, how I feel.

I continue to work with Ollie as I know he completely understands me and my situation. I train less, actually eat more, yet I'm leaner and fitter.
